No Direct Billing of Insurance

I will only be billing for those with Medicare as the primary insurance as a non- participating provider

The patient will be reimbursed directly( they send you a check) for Medicare covered services, for chiropractic billing they currently only cover spinal manipulation so the reimbursment from Medicare is only for that code. Medicare is supposed to pass the claim along to any secondary insurance policy that may cover services they do not. Once I bill Medicare I will not be able to follow up on the claims status. Non-covered Medicare services which include any soft tissue work, exercise, or instrument assisted therapies are covered under the time of service fee of 90 dollars for the chiropractic appointment.

I will not be billing any other insurance companies, and will gladly provide any patient who would like one with a superbill so they may submit for any out of network benefits their plan may have for either Chiropractic or Physical Therapy services. It is the responsibility of the patient to know their individual plan benefits regarding out of network coverage if available.
