I will not be billing insurance companies, and will gladly provide any patient who would like one with a superbill so they may submit for any out of network benefits their plan may have for either Chiropractic or Physical Therapy services. It is the responsibility of the patient to know their individual plan benefits regarding out of network coverage if available. 

The exception will be Medicare. Medicare I can bill as a non-participating provider and the patient will be reimbursed directly for Medicare covered services, and Medicare is supposed to pass the claim along to a secondary insurance policy that may cover services they do not. Once I bill Medicare I will not be able to follow up on the claims status.
